Stoller Wine Dinner

Step off the beaten path and into the Overland Ballroom for an evening of bold pours and unapologetic flavor. Hotel Renegade is teaming up with Stoller Family Estate and Chehalem Wines for a seven-course wine dinner that pulls no punches and makes no compromises.

The night kicks off at 6 PM with NV Stoller Brut and a foie gras amuse-bouche. From there, you’ll sit down to a progression of carefully crafted pairings: uni-laced spaghettini with Chehalem Rosé, monkfish and truffle with Stoller Pinot, wild boar and Humboldt Fog with Reserve Pinot Noir, and more. Each wine tells a story. Every course holds its own.

Expect seasonal ingredients, bold plating, and pours that lean in. Wines featured during the dinner will be available for purchase, with simple order forms provided at your table.

The dress code? We don’t have one. But you’ll want to look good doing it.
