About this Event

Stollen and Biscotti are perfect bakes that you can wrap with a bow and gift for Christmas, or devour them all yourself.

The great thing about these bakes is they dont all need eating at once - and in fact, they get better with a bit of time.

Join us on our fun and interactive class, you wont regret it!

We'll be making

  1. Stollen
  2. Orange and cranberry biscotti
  3. Mince pies - this is our demo, and we'll eat them in class, but send you the recipes!

All ingredients are included in the class and you can wrap with a pretty bow to give as thoughtful Christmas gifts, or keep them all to youself!

Stollen is a delicious fruit bread with almond marzipan called Stollen - description below, courtesy of Wiki.

Stollen is a fruit bread of nuts, spices, and dried or candied fruit, coated with powdered sugar or icing sugar and often containing marzipan. It is a traditional German bread eaten during the Christmas season, when it is called Weihnachtsstollen or Christstollen.

Biscotti are twice baked biscuits, really crunchy and best served dipped in a hot drink!
