The City of Hot Springs Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to invite you to the ribbon cutting for the completion of Phase 1 of the city's newest greenway, the Stokes Creek Greenway Trail, at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 23.
Parking will be at Kimery Park, with shuttle service available to the nearby greenway entrance, where the ribbon-cutting will take place.
Light refreshments will be provided.
