Stockton Rising 2026 Summit
About this Event
Stockton Rising is a partnership between the City of Stockton and local community-based organizations to promote climate action and social equity in South Stockton. Funded through the Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Program, the coalition works on projects that improve the environment, create job opportunities, and lower energy and transportation costs for low-income households.
The 2026 Summit will be a chance to gather, reflect on the work accomplished so far, look ahead to 2027, and learn about some key initiatives. All TCC partner organizations will be in attendance to share updates on their projects and what's next.
During the Summit, attendees will also learn about how the City of Stockton is supporting housing stability for residents alongside these local investments. We'll discuss anti-displacement strategies such as Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) development and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) education.
