Our grandmothers knew the healing benefit of incorporating long-cooked stocks and broths into their daily lives. Join us for a nourishing make-and-take hands-on workshop that will offer participants inspiration for maximizing the nutritional value and flavor of homemade stocks and broths as well as information about the benefits of healing stocks. We will include vegetables, mushrooms, beef and chicken bones as well as herbs in our broths. Bring a small pot, and everyone will have the opportunity to take home recipes, samples, and ingredients to make your own stock/broth at home.
