Stockholm - Meditation & Wisdom Talk with Monks

Summary: whether you are completely new to meditation or have practiced for a long time, this class provides you with a great opportunity to start or deepen your understanding and practice of meditation. After the class is officially over at 3:15PM or so, you can stay afterwards to have some complimentary coffee and snacks, chat with the monks informally, and connect with other spiritual friends.

Ticketing Options: to cover the cost of renting the space tickets will be 250Kr per person

The Teaching Monks: Venerable Michael and Venerable Nick will be in town to run and guide this event. They share ancient wisdom in a universal and accessible way so that people of all backgrounds and beliefs can understand, connect with, and apply the guidance to better their life.
