A warm WELCOME to the Swedish Swing Society’s 15th annual Stockholm Blues Fest!An extra long weekend of inspiring workshops with international blues teachers, late-night blues parties, and plenty of time for connection on and off the dance floor!
It's time to return for the 9th time to the beautiful Tveta Friluftsgård and Tvetagården hostel on the outskirts of Stockholm.
Forget about the outside world for a while, and dance into the night!

CLASSES
Eight hours of blues classes, plus some bonus classes and open space sessions, spread between Thursday afternoon and Sunday.
This workshop is not suitable for beginners: participants should have some previous blues dance experience. There are no level divisions at the camp, instead the classes follow the “choose your own adventure” format. Before each class, you will get a short intro to the two lessons on offer, and it’s up to you to choose the one that sounds best for you.
LEADS AND FOLLOWS
When you sign up for the event you will be asked to choose a dance role. Pick the one you social dance the most. This is so we can ensure a decent balance on the dance floor in the evenings. You are free to dance in whichever role you want during our classes.
BLUES PARTIES
Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at Tvetagården
Sunday evening afterparty in the city (Odengatan 89)

Check-in opens 1PM on Thursday, first class around 3PM.
The last camp activity ends at approximately 5PM on Sunday followed by an afterparty in the city.

Low income ticket (2500 SEK) - limited amount

Classes, parties and meals are all included in the above price!
Members of the Swedish Swing Society receive a 300 SEK discount.
As in previous years, these prices are based on all participants being ready to help out with some of the tasks needed to make the camp go around! Help us put the breakfast items on the tables, empty some wastebaskets or prepare the sauna for usage. And all are expected to take some part in the final clean-up. Experience has shown that by sharing the workload, everyone will have plenty of time to both enjoy the dancing and relax!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment must be received 2 weeks after acceptance, otherwise you risk losing your place at the camp.
Cancellations before 30 April will receive a full refund minus 200 kr processing fee.

Cancellations after 30 April will receive no refund. You may however transfer your ticket to someone else with the same dance role (leader or follower).
ACCOMMODATION
The hostel rooms have between 3 and 6 beds. There will be an online spreadsheet for camp participants to organize room sharing. We highly recommend that you bring your own bed sheets, but if you want to hire bed linen at an extra cost, you can do so through the registration when you sign up.
Campers have a separate shower/toilet facility accessible all night.
MEALS
Dinner Thursday; breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday; breakfast and lunch Sunday included! The food will be vegetarian, with vegan options.
