Please join us at the Blythewood Historical Society and Museum as we present a special quilting program as part of our series of events celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Our speaker will be Laurel McKay Horton of Seneca, SC. Horton is a distinguished quilt scholar, researcher, author, editor, lecturer, consultant, and teacher. Horton has made significant contributions that have shaped the world of quilting in research, publications, museums, and preservation. She is a 2025 inductee into the Quilters Hall of Fame.
