Stitch Lab & Lunera Present: Kundalini Yoga led by Michelle Badillo

Stitch Lab Pool House and Lunera, a sustainable activewear brand invite you to a 50-minute journey to awaken your consciousness through Kundalini Yoga. Led by Michelle Badillo (Priya Chand Kaur) Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Holistic Wellness Coach, Kundalini Yoga, also known as “Yoga of Consciousness” is an ancient technology to activate the spiritual evolution of your being, a friendly practice to balance our nervous and glandular system for a greater connection with our inner world. In this journey, you will practice Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Mantras and Meditation for a holistic experience. 

The event is complimentary and limited entry. Class will begin promptly at 10 a.m., guests should arrive 10 minutes before, followed by early access to the city's favorite shopping experience  Stitch Lab Pool House pop-up! Dive into your inner world while being surrounded by the latest summer fashion trends. You don't need to have previous experience, everyone is welcome!
