Bring your own crafts! Knit, sew, crochet, embroider -- whatever! All crafts are beautiful here 🧵 This is an open-ended session - show up when you can, leave when you want. Just bring a project to work on - we'll get the snacks 🍪

this month's theme
This September, our theme is MENDING! Dive through your mending pile and bring it to the studio to work on. Use the equipment at Empire Make Space, or bring your own sewing machine, serger, or good-old-fashioned darning needle.
Don't have anything to mend? Not to worry - bring anything you'd like to work on in good company!
about the venue
Empire Make Space is a collaborative sewing studio and reclaimed fabric store. They have a full working sewing studio and retail space selling fabric, notions, and small batch produced clothing and accessories. On evenings and weekends, Empire Make Space hosts workshops and clubs for makers of all varieties 🪡
transportation/parking
Empire Make Space is just a stone’s throw away from the #3 Cannon bus stop at Ottawa street, and a short walk from the following bus lines: #1 (King), #2 (Barton), #41 (Mohawk).
Bicycle racks are available along Ottawa street, including two directly outside!
Paid parking is available on Ottawa street, as well as a number of municipal parking lots close by.
