Then this is the training for you! We are organising two Conditioning sessions on Sunday the 18th and Saturday the 24th of January, to help get you ready for Trials!

What to expect:

• 2 hours of volleyball conditioning, with limited skill coaching but heaps of drills & reps!
• No Commitment required - Come to one or both Training Sessions to prepare yourself for Stingers Trials coming up

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Training (Conditioning & Drills)
