Welcome to Stillspace, a nurturing 90-minute journey designed to guide you from the busyness of your week into a profound state of rest, release, and renewal. Join me twice a month on a Friday evening at Swansea Wellbeing Centre where you can truly let go.

What to Expect:
Gentle Grounding : As you arrive, step into a softly lit space where you can begin to unwind. We'll ease into deeply restorative poses designed to gently release physical tension held in your body, from tired hips to achy backs, preparing you for deep relaxation. Throughout this segment, I'll be channeling Group Reiki energy to amplify your sense of calm and promote holistic healing.

Deep Relaxation & Inner Journey Next, we'll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) or a serene guided meditation. This practice invites your mind into a liminal state between waking and sleeping, allowing for deep mental and emotional release, calming your nervous system, and restoring inner balance. You'll be perfectly poised for the main event.

Immersive Sound Bath: Surrender to the therapeutic vibrations of a full 45-minute Sound Bath. Lie back as the resonant tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum wash over you, penetrating every cell of your being. Sound baths are powerful tools for stress reduction, deep relaxation, and shifting energy, leaving you feeling profoundly restored and harmonised.

Oracle Card Wisdom & Integration: As we gently return from our journey, you'll have the opportunity to pull an oracle card. This offers a beautiful, intuitive message or a theme to carry with you, providing guidance and reflection as you ease into your weekend. It's a wonderful way to integrate the peace you've found and step softly back into the world.
