Stillness Within: Manual Therapy for Nervous System Regulation - Sydney
Take your nervous system regulation skills deeper in the immersive two-day workshop, “Stillness Within: Manual Therapy for Nervous System Regulation.”
Following the foundational webinars, this practical, hands-on workshop invites you to embody slow therapy techniques that engage the fascial system and autonomic nervous system to calm and restore balance in your clients.
Across two full days, you’ll explore therapeutic presence, touch quality, and slow fascial holds such as sacral decompression, diaphragmatic release, and cranial base support — all designed to enhance vagal tone and improve interoceptive awareness.
Experience guided practice sessions, peer feedback, and reflective exercises to build confidence integrating breath-led manual therapy into your sessions. Learn to identify signs of nervous system dysregulation and sequence treatment for optimal calming and sustainable tissue change.
This workshop offers 12 CPD hours and is ideal for manual therapists committed to advancing their clinical impact, particularly when working with chronic pain, stress, trauma, or recovery.
Step into a space that nurtures both practitioner and client regulation, and transform your manual therapy practice from the inside out.
