Join Kelly and Kristen for a special evening of Stillness + Sound.
Kristen will lead us through an evening of slow + flowy somatic movement* and gently transition you into stillness. While Kelly guides us on a sound journey to deep relaxation using the soothing resonance of sound, Kristen will offer energy healing to deepen your relaxation.
No experience necessary.
Beginners are welcome.
Please bring:
a yoga mat or blanket to lie on
blankets, cushions, pillows for comfort (we will be lying on the floor)
Dress comfortably and in layers. Hydration is encouraged.
*somatic movement is very gentle and very beginner friendly
