Looking for an opportunity to unwind, rest, reset and offer yourself some intentional stress relief?
Join us on Saturday February 8th from 3-5PM for a 2 hour event that includes a guided meditation leading directly into a sound journey where you will be immersed in the sounds of over 9 instruments from start to finish.
This is a perfect opportunity to do something kind for yourself and find a moment of stillness.
A yoga mat, blanket and bolster pillow will be provided for each attendee. Water & Tea will be available as well.
You are welcome to bring a journal & pen, extra comfort items like pillows or blankets to help you settle in during the sound bath.
