A Midwinter Healing, Meditation and Sound Bath Evening Retreat
with Alexandra Jones of Meridian Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation
and Angie Latham of Sacred Earth Sound Therapy
We invite you to this event in mid December near the turning of the year. A celebration of deep release and healing , crafted to nourish and invite renewal.
Allow us to lead you on a journey with gentle breath practices, guided meditation, the magical world of sound healing and practical grounding exercises . Held by experienced practitioners through this unique and original evening retreat.
This Midwinter evening retreat consists of 2 hours of the above practices with time at the end to share and celebrate with scrumptious winter themed refreshments provided by Anna of Elmslie House . We will welcome you , whether coming alone or with friends for this festive gathering with candle light, fairy lights and even a starlit ceiling!
