Stillness in Sound- A Sunday Reset

Together we will release the week that’s passed and welcome the one to come with clarity and calm.

What will the session look like

After arriving and settling yourself on a mat, you will be led through a short opening meditation to help soften the edges of the day and bring you into your body.

You will then receive some journalling prompts to allow you to gently set intentions for the week ahead before snuggling down under blankets. Breathwork and visualisation will ground and prepare you to receive a deeply nourishing sound bath.

At the end of the session you will be gently brought back into awareness. Herbal tea will be available as you slowly reintegrate back into the room.

Who is this for?

This session is for anyone seeking a gentle Sunday pause. No prior experience is needed, from sound healing first timers to regular event attendees— everything will be explained to you beforehand, so just come as you are.

What to wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best, pyjamas are not essential but are definitely recommended.

What to bring?

Everything will be provided for you but please feel free to bring anything that will help you feel more comfortable such as extra blankets, pillows, hot water bottles etc.
