Satsang Yoga & Wellness is hosting dana & Violet once again in collaboration with Miamisburg Parks & Rec to offer you this deeply restorative sound healing journey...Step into a sanctuary of sound and allow yourself to be deeply nourished! During this immersive experience, you will be guided through a soothing blend of sound frequencies created by crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more! These healing vibrations are proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, balance the nervous system, and support emotional clarity.
As you rest comfortably, the sound waves will wash over and through you - encouraging stillness, softening stress, and opening space for renewal. This 90 minute session is perfect for anyone seeking grounding, relaxation, or a moment of sacred pause. Hosted by Satsang Yoga & Wellness.
What to bring: A yoga mat or comfortable place to lie down, blanket or pillow for coziness (we will have a few blankets as well), water, and an open heart with intention for healing!
