We invite you to find rest and immerse yourself in our peaceful space with other whole hearted women. Therapist and author Madeleine Slack, and wellness coach Joanne Bibby, will guide you through our therapeutic wellbeing sessions to help you slow down and gather the tools you need to embrace the winter season.
