Stillness After Hours at the Muse w/ Instructor Venita McGuire- Nomadic YogiJoin us for an intimate evening of Yin Yoga surrounded by the surrounded by the rich historical exhibits at the Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum. As the museum doors close to the public, we'll settle into the quiet beauty of the museum exhibits- letting the history, the space, and the stillness guide us inward. This gentle practice will focus on deep release, mindful breath, and honoring the stories that live in the land and within us. All levels are welcome.
🕯️ Date: Thursday, January 8th, 2026
🕰️ Time: 6:30–7:30 PM (arrive by 6:15 to settle in)
📍 Location: Plains Indians & Pioneers Museum, Woodward, OK
💰 Donation: $12 to the museum
🧘♀️ Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, and a throw pillow
🚫 Ages: 14 and up only, please
✨ Please arrive early to allow time to find your space and honor the quiet of the room and one another’s practice.
