About this Event
Between inhale and exhale, there is a Still Point. This Fall Equinox, we're gathering to enter it together.
On September 21st, from 2-4PM at Sonovi, we'll journey through breath, movement, and stillness - guided by Chase Nehila, a trauma-informed breathwork specialist.
The Equinox is a sacred threshold - where light meets dark, endings meet beginnings, and we are invited into balance. It's a time to let go of what no longer serves and step into the version of ourselves we've been becoming all along.
This is the season of becoming unrecognizable. Through intentional breathwork, music, and guided practice, you'll release stored emotions, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your true self in wholeness.
Only 15 spots are available for this intimate workshop.
No experience necessary - just come as you are, ready to breathe.
Reserve your spot now and step into your Still Point.

Somatic Breathwork is a body-based healing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to release stored stress, trauma, and emotional blockages from the body. "Somatic" refers to the body and the felt sense—this approach emphasizes awareness of bodily sensations and emotions as a path to healing.
Core Principles
- The Body Stores Trauma: Emotions, trauma, and stress are not just psychological—they are stored in the body. Somatic breathwork helps to access and release these patterns.
- Breath as a Bridge: Breath links the conscious and unconscious, mind and body. It’s a tool to access deeper layers of the self.
- Non-Ordinary States: Breathwork can induce altered states of consciousness, allowing the practitioner to process unresolved experiences without needing to "talk" about them.
- Autonomic Nervous System Reset: This work helps regulate the nervous system, especially for those stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses.
What a Typical Ceremony Looks Like
- Intention Setting: The ceremony begins with grounding and setting an intention for what you want to explore or release.
- The Breathing Phase: Where we are able to release what no longer serves us and align with who we are becoming as we access the Still Point within.
- Integration: The ceremony ends with deep rest, followed by integration—often including journaling, sharing, or somatic grounding exercises.
