Some of us are healing loudly.
Some of us are healing while still carrying the weight of what we’ve survived.

Still Here, Still Rising is a mental health–centered open mic created for those who are still standing, still breathing, still choosing themselves—even when it hasn’t been easy.

This night is about resilience without perfection.
Growth without pressure.
Survival as something to be honored.

We invite poets, storytellers, musicians, and community members to share pieces rooted in healing, identity, grief, hope, liberation, and becoming. Whether you’re rising in joy, rising through pain, or rising one breath at a time—your story belongs here.
