Help us re-establish native plant populations along Still Creek!
About this Event

Join us for a planting session as we build on our efforts to protect the health of Still Creek! = We’ll be planting a variety of native species to support the long-term restoration of the area where we recently freed cottonwoods and alders from invasive ivy. By adding these new plants, we’ll help stabilize the soil and increase biodiversity. This site is dominated by invasive species cover- help us add some native species!

Come out to learn more about stream health, native and invasive plants, and connect with fellow community members. Whether you joined us last time or are new to this project, your help is vital in making a lasting impact.

Still Moon will provide gloves, and all tools necessary for both removal and planting. Just bring yourself, some rain gear, and water.

This event is led by Still Moon’s Stewardship Program Manager, Connelly Stirling, who is keen on community stewardship and loves to share knowledge about birds, bugs, and plants!
