About this Event
This January to take a moment for yourself with a nurturing day designed to support your wellbeing as a midwife or maternity healthcare professional.*
Programme
10:00 - Arrival
10:15 - 11:00 - Yoga Wake-Up
Release tension and energise the body.
11:00–13:00 - Creative Writing Workshop
With award-winning poet Courtney Conrad
13:00–14:00 - Lunch & Optional Walk
14:00–16:00 - Printing Workshop
With artist Harriet Hall
- No art experience necessary.
- Work created can be used as part of NMC revalidation.
- Free nourishing lunch plus tea, coffee.
Tickets are £15, which helps us hold the day with comfort and care.
We’ve held a handful of free spots for anyone who might need them - no explanation needed, just let us know.

If you are a parent who has experienced the loss of a baby, we are so sorry for your loss, please do join us for our Still Parents workshops instead which are especially for parents.

The Still Care project is funded by the Rayne Foundation, supported by Sands charity and created in partnership with MFT NHS.
