Sticks and Stones is a short, original musical. Set primarily in the Maine woods at a youth camp named "Sticks and Stones," the narrative jumps between 1998 (the present timeline) and 1981 (the flashback timeline).
The plot follows two childhood friends, Hank and John, visiting the cabin, they discover a 1981 journal written by Guthrie "Gus" Small, a 12-year-old boy they vaguely remember as a tragic figure who died in an accident during their youth. As they read his words, they confront their own past behavior, and the severe impact of bullying.
