Twenty years ago, South Texas Health System Children’s opened its doors as the Rio Grande Valley’s first pediatric healthcare facility, complete with the first dedicated emergency room just for kids.Since then, STHS Children’s has provided quality, compassionate child-centered care to hundreds of thousands of kids and their families.
