Stewardship Session - Coastal Gardening

Welcome to our upcoming Stewardship Session, where our team of experts and educators will lead you in coastal gardening and restoration work! Join us at our Tiana Bayside Facility for a hands-on session filled with tips and tricks on how to create a thriving coastal garden including:

• Native plant species and their role in coastal ecosystems
• Coastal plant maintnence and care
• Back to the Bays restoration projects and related Stewardship Sessions (including the many ways you can stay involved!)

Ages 10 and up welcome. Be prepared to get dirty. Work gloves are recommended. No matter the weather, it is a good idea to bring a hat, sunscreen, and water, and wear appropriate clothing and shoes (close toed shoes encouraged).
