Turning wood into food - sterile techniques-
At the request of students who participated in our workshop 'Turning wood into food', we organize a follow-up workshop.
This includes sterile techniques that precede the home culture of edible fungi.
What can you expect?
You are guided in the smallest details in the cultivation of mycelia, from spores to wood flour brood or dowels.
This can be realized in a simple way with house, garden and kitchen equipment, without major investments.
Tips on materials to be used that will optimize your success
Possibility to purchase mother cultures to start your project (up to 40 species)
When? 30/03 when we have enough people in english 2 pm to 6 pm (Max 6 participants)
What to bring? Writing equipment
Participation price? 70 euros on demand for a group of min 4 english speaking people
