Get Fit for Summer!

Whether you're looking to boost morale, improve wellbeing, or simply enjoy some fresh air, this is your chance to do it as an individual or together, while fundraising for an incredible cause.

SECHC provides life-changing support including counselling, complementary therapies, wellbeing workshops and group activities such as arts and crafts, yoga and Pilates - all within a warm and caring environment.

Your donations will directly fund these essential services, ensuring local people and their families receive the emotional, physical and practical help they need, when they need it most.

How it works

Sign up for £11.55. £10 from each entry will be donated to SECHC (£1.55 platform fee).

When registering, you can choose to:

• enter as an individual,
• be part of a team of up to 6 people

(Team members do not need to walk together—your steps will simply contribute to a shared team total. Each individual team member must sign up for the challenge.)

• Each week, track your steps using a mobile phone or fitness tracker.
• Captains submit the team's weekly step count via email
• For teams, step counts will be averaged across members to create a team score.
• Leaderboards will show how you rank against other individuals and local businesses, with prizes available.

If you have mobility issues, other forms of movement can be converted into steps using standard conversion charts (e.g. the 10,000 Steps chart).

Enjoy some friendly competition, build healthier habits, and work towards a shared goal—all in one challenge.
