Turkeys have a bit of flesh above their beaks called a “snood.” Really, that’s a word! We’ll learn why turkeys have snoods and how “the snood shows the mood.” Then we’ll make our own snoods for our noses! This program is part of our Steps into Nature series and is appropriate for children ages 5-12. A light snack is provided at the end of each installment.
