The South Texas Health System® Neurosciences & Stroke Institute invites you to take part in our Steps for Stroke Challenge. Simply walk, run or even dance your way to a minimum of 10,000 steps per day or 50,000 steps for the week. Log your steps on our official challenge website and see where you rank!
Kick things off on May 15 at the official Steps for Stroke Pep Rally, where you can pick up your packet and start upping your steps with fun activities!
REGISTRATION:
Early-Bird Registration (ends May 1): $15
Late Registration (after May 1):* $20
Registration deadline: May 15
