Steps for Sarasota Walkathon & Community Celebration

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 hosted by the Junior League of Sarasota. Proceeds from ticket sales go directly back to the community through grant funding, leadership development and volunteer projects.
The walkathon portion of the evening kicks off at 4 p.m., right before sunset for a glow-themed experience! After the walk, a Community Celebration will kick off at 5:30 p.m. at the park with a DJ, food trucks, local businesses, and wellness vendors.
Don't want to walk, but would like to participate in the community celebration? We'd love to have you! 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 with the purchase of a $5 ticket ahead of the event or at the door - there will be food trucks, games, a glow dance party and wellness sponsors ready to help make 2027 your healthiest year yet.
