Through this multi-session module series, participants will explore the foundations of self-regulation, gain a deeper understanding of stress and behaviour, and learn strategies to support co-regulation and emotional well-being.

Together, we will examine how self-regulation develops, recognize signs of stress, and discover evidence-informed tools that help children thrive. Whether you are new to self-regulation or looking to strengthen your knowledge and practice, this series offers valuable insights, reflection opportunities, and actionable strategies.

Come learn, connect, and grow as we step side by side toward supporting self-regulation and well-being for all.

Suited for: All RECEs, ECAs, ECE Students, Supervisors, Child Care Workers, Community Partners, Home Child Care Providers and Home Child Care Visitors.
