Join us on a journey around the world to explore stripes, have tiger tea, meet a sloth and a kinkajou, dabble in the waves at the beach, and then possibly swing by an ice cream shop for some pineapple sorbet or coconut almond fudge ripple when you get home. A book for all ages!

Christen Mattix is a multimedia artist and writer. She illustrated While Walking in Whimsy Park" by local poet, John S. Green. Mattix's artwork is in the collections of Bainbridge Island Art Museum, City of Burlington, and Jefferson Elementary School. Christen lives with her husband, Todd Aylard, in Mount Vernon, WA.
