Step Up London Coffee, Chat & Connections

After a successful first year of operating, we are pleased to bring you our next London based event in October 2024.

The Step Up Network, originally launched in June 2023, is a grassroots network turned community interest company for new and aspiring leaders in education. We are here to empower educators to make the step up they wish to make. Those within the Step Up community have asked for a blend of online content with face-to-face events.

This event format is a slightly new format, adapted from our Manchester event last year. Our coffee, chat and connections format is a more informal event, where we have a smaller number of attendees, smaller venue or part of a venue and a few speakers within a shorter time frame. This event will blend professional and leadership development with sociable networking.

The event only has limited capacity and therefore we advise to get your tickets early. The tickets include entry and unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits. You will be contacted closer to the event to ask for any dietary requirements or reasonable adjustments we should be aware of so do check your emails including junk/spam boxes.

A key part of a Step Up event is the after party, fancy grabbing lunch somewhere? Let us know and we can facilitate.

• Christalla Jamil: Primary MAT CEO, Executive Headteacher and Network Leader for WomenEd England - Talk Title TBC.
