Calgary Ostomy invites you to Step Up For Ostomy — a national awareness and fundraising event supporting Canadians living with an ostomy. Join us for a meaningful, family-friendly event featuring an awareness walk, an ostomy expo, and a BBQ.
This event brings people together to reduce stigma, share stories, and raise vital funds for education, advocacy, and support. Whether you have an ostomy, know someone who does, or simply care about creating a more compassionate and informed community, your presence makes a difference.
Highlights include:
- Awareness walk suitable for all ages, or
- Seated yoga
- Ostomy Expo featuring vendors and manufacturers
- Free Step Up For Ostomy 2026 t-shirts (while supplies last)
- BBQ with hotdogs, chips, cookies, and beverages
