Step UP Conference

Step Up 2026, We will gather as a community to explore topics of equity, inclusion, and other issues that shape our world. Together we’ll learn how we can take action and STEP UP for what matters to us!

Participate in solution-oriented workshops, offering practical tools to address systemic issues relevant to organizations today. Step Up workshops will include opportunities to collaborate and synthesize ideas for action and progress on our community’s biggest challenges.

Step Up 2026 will showcase keynote speaker, Ruchika T. Malhotra is the author of Uncompete: Rejecting Competition to Unlock Success. She is also the founder of Candour, a global inclusion strategy firm. A former business journalist, her writing appears regularly in publications such as Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, Forbes, Bloomberg, The Seattle Times, and more.
