About this Event
The labyrinth offers a simple yet powerful way to engage intention through movement. Unlike a maze, there are no wrong turns, just a single winding path that leads inward and then back out again. Each step becomes an invitation into presence, reflection, and gentle awareness.
Michelle Orwick, Spiritual + Earth Activator, will guide the experience by first introducing the history and purpose of labyrinths, along with how this form of moving meditation can support mindfulness, regulation, and clarity, especially at the start of a new year.
A clear approach will be offered, while honoring that each person’s experience is unique. You’re welcome to walk with a quiet question, a feeling, a word for the year, or no agenda at all. Some people use the labyrinth to release, others to clarify, and others simply to move slowly and attentively. All ways of walking are welcome. This practice offers a grounding, reflective pause which supports nervous system regulation and thoughtful orientation as the year unfolds.
This gathering is part of Starting Together: Intention, Ease & Connection for the New Year, a full-day experience made up of multiple offerings, though each activity stands fully on its own.
