Step Into Your Next Season is a guided reset for women balancing work, life, and everything in between. As we transition out of winter, this experience is designed to help you:

• Reflect on and celebrate your first quarter wins • Reset your energy and nervous system • Refocus your mind with intention • Move forward with clarity, calm, and confidence

You’ll be guided by Jessica Lim, Licensed Psychotherapist, who specializes in mindfulness-based wellness practices and ocean-informed healing approaches.

Through a combination of insightful teaching, guided mindfulness, breathwork, and creative reflection, you’ll reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both grounding and energizing.

Light, nourishing snacks will be provided.
