Step Into Spring: An Evolve Experience
Step into the new season with clarity, intention, and renewed momentum.
This intimate spring experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, realign your energy, and move forward with purpose. As nature shifts into a season of growth, this is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally step into what’s next — surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are equally committed to their personal growth and well-being.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute all-levels yoga flow to awaken the body and ground you in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and deepen your clarity. From there, you’ll be led through a goal-setting workshop designed to help you reflect, realign, and define intentional next steps for the season ahead.
Throughout the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others in a calm, welcoming environment—creating space not only for personal reflection, but for meaningful connection and shared intention.
You’ll experience:
