Our community sweat, hosted by ambassadors Ryeong and Chelsea, begins with a warm-up stretch, followed by a run or power walk to accommodate all levels. We’ll wrap up with a bodyweight workout on the floor. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and be part of a supportive, welcoming community. All are welcome!
