Join us at MariaBFitness for a Beginner's Step Aerobic class on 02.22.2025 from 1-2 pm.
This fun and energetic class focuses on:

• Improving Cardiovascular Health: Get your heart pumping and boost your overall fitness.
• Enhancing Coordination: Develop better balance and agility.
• Building Strength: Tone your muscles with a low-impact workout that's easy on your joints.

In partnership with the Good Health WINs program of NCNW, we'll also be sharing important information about the benefits of vaccination for respiratory conditions, featuring resources from Families Fighting Flu. Take a STEP towards a healthier you!

SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY, INC. COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

May 11, 2023, marked the end of the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declaration. As such, several COVID-19 reporting, tracking, and monitoring efforts and authorizations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been modified or withdrawn. Additionally, have discontinued COVID-19 screening and relaxed their mask requirements in certain patient care areas.

In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to participate in the Activity, and hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms enumerated in this document, including the terms set forth on any other documents, guidance, or policies established by the Sorority and the following: healthcare

1. The participant understands and acknowledges the potential risks of attending the Step Into Greatness activity and knowingly and freely assumes all such risks even if arising from the negligence of the Sorority.

2. The participant is fully and personally responsible for his/her safety and actions during participation in the Event and fully releases and holds the Sorority harmless from all claims that could arise from participation in the Step Into Greatness activity.
