What to expect: The class will begin with light stretching and breathwork, then transition into a sound & energy healing group session.
What to wear: Comfortable workout/yoga clothes for the stretch portion of the class.
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillows for your head and to prop up your knees during the sound healing portion of the session, water, small blanket (if preferred)
