Miles House is a step-down residential program designed for people transitioning from hospitalization to community living. We provide a supportive environment where individuals can continue their recovery while receiving structured care. The program focuses on stabilizing mental health, building daily living skills, and preparing for community reintegration. Our multidisciplinary team, including nursing, social work, and peer support, ensures each person receives personalized care to assist in the recovery process and reduce re-admission to the hospital.
