Step N Sweat Thursdays are one of our most popular sessions. We crank up the tunes and work up a sweat as we step in a variety of ranges of motion. This class is best described as a Step Class without the Step, Zumba without the Zum, Line Dancing without the Boots. Sometimes the participants cannot help but to break out into a dance party in the middle of the class! These classes are offered at Zwick's Park, Belleville, Thursday evening from 5:45-6:30pm and they are great for all levels. We bring the tunes. You bring good pair of shoes and water.
