Join the Live + Move crew for our first ever Step Aerobics 101 class- an entry level experience that gets your heart rate pumping with a playlist curated to highlight the amazing history of women in music.
Here's what you can expect:
- a step aerobics education session: the whats, whys, and hows of step aerobics. We'll learn the moves together before we VIBE OUT!
- 60-minute beginner step aerobics class (step platform and water included; step platform is not a giveaway, and will be returned after the event)
- a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Steppin' on Business studio in Valley Stream, NY
- a BOMB all-women playlist (you know we need a bop for the 2-step!)
- and a chance to win new Live + Move gear!
