The Health Ministry of First Baptist Church of Guilford invites you to join in for their spring walking program.
Kickoff event: April 11, 2025 @ 6 pm
Entire program: April 11, 2025 - May 23, 2025
In-person walking groups - Every Friday @ 6 pm
Participants completing this program will learn:
- To learn to set physical activity SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timebound
- To make walking a habit
- To be able to walk at least 30 minutes for 6 days a week
REMINDERS: Please ensure you have a signed consent form.
