Join us at Stem on Saturday, August 16th or Sunday, August 17th at 6:00 PM for the fifth installment of our 2025 Cocktail Dinner Series!Enjoy a five-course menu from Chef Doug, inspired by agave-based spirits, including tequila and mezcal. Each dish will be perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails that highlight the dynamic flavors of this unforgettable culinary experience.

• Please inform us of seating requests before the day of the event. All seating arrangements will be assigned prior to your visit and cannot be changed the day of the event.
• This is a cocktail dinner event with 5 courses of food and cocktail pairings.

Cocktail: Spicy Margarita - tequila, cointreau, lime

DUCK CARNITAS

Mole negro, sweet corn tamale, queso fresco, red onion escabeche

QUESABIRRIA BEEF TACOS

Oxtail consomme, queso chihuahua, cilantro, lime, onion

Cocktail: Honeymoon Phase - tequila, mango liqueur, tomato honey, lime

CHURROS DE CANELA

Mexican chocolate sauce, mezcal caramel

Cocktail: Carajillo - reposado tequila, licor 43, orange bitters, espresso foam
