• Kinder: Nature inspires us to create. Campers explore, tinker, and turn curiosity into simple projects.
• Grades 1-5: From Creature to Creation! Campers explore how nature’s amazing creatures and features inspire engineering and robotics. Through hands-on animal adaptation activities, creative coding challenges, and imaginative biotic builds, campers learn how observing nature can spark innovative ideas and solve real-world problems. Using craft materials, simple mechanisms and more, campers might build gecko-like grips, bird-inspired gliders, or even bug-style crawlers. Along the way, they watch, wonder, and create—turning curiosity into kid-made inventions.
• Grades 6-8: Bio Bots dives into biomimicry—the art of borrowing ideas from nature. Nature-inspired. Tech-driven. Problem-solving powered. Campers break down how animal adaptations and natural systems translate into robotic designs and next-level engineering. Through hands-on challenges, campers design, code, test, and demo bio-inspired creations—learning how nature-based engineering leads to smarter, more efficient solutions to real-world problems.
