Our STEM Scouts: Girl Scout Badge Quest workshop series gives Daisies and Brownies the opportunity to tackle exciting, hands-on STEM challenges while exploring engineering concepts and careers.
🌉 Bridging the Gap | November 19
Put your engineering skills to the test! Design and build your own bridge, test how much weight it can hold, and discover how engineers improve their designs through experimentation.
🌪️ Hurricane Towers | December 17
Can your structure withstand a hurricane? Explore the science of extreme weather as you design, build, and test a tower engineered to stand strong against the storm!

👧 For Daisies & Brownies
🎟️ $18 per Girl Scout, per workshop
🏅 Both workshops are designed to support Girl Scouts working toward their STEM Career Exploration badges. Troop leaders are responsible for confirming badge requirements and determining completion. Badges are not provided by the Long Island Explorium.
Girl Scouts are welcome to participate individually or with their troop. Space is limited to 18 participants per workshop, so advance registration is encouraged!
